Onyx provided Architect of Record Services for the construction of the new 8 building 31,000 s.f. Senior Housing Development. The project includes 40 single story residential units in 7 buildings with a stand alone Community Building. The newly developed site plan includes green spaces and a common area Gazebo. The project is under construction and is currently 60% complete.
During the construction phase, Onyx has provided field observation, attendance at the monthly construction meetings, review of project submittals, shop drawings and contractors requests for information..
