Victor Simpkins
Victor Simpkins brings to the team 20 plus years of solid Project Management experience and a range of expertise that includes the coordination, development and management of healthcare renovation projects. As Principal in charge of project management, consultant coordination, and quality assurance, Victor has provided project management services as required to maintain budget, schedule, and safety initiatives. His duties have also included information gathering, service area adjacency studies and patient flow analysis. The tasks of the position also included budget analysis, the coordination of construction documents, design meetings with end users and the project stakeholders. During construction his duties included site meetings to review the progress of the work and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may have jeopardized the completion of the project.

Gary Matthews is a creative and highly detail oriented licensed architect with 30 (plus) years of experience in the development of production drawings, interior renovation documents, code compliance and quality control. Primary focus is all ranges of Commercial and Educational facilities. Gary is proficient as Project Architect with excellent group management and organizational skills. Experienced in AutoCAD 2014 & Micro station CAD programs.
