As the Architect of Record Onyx provided Design Presentations to the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), the Chicago Department of Housing (DOH) and the Chicago Department of Buildings (DOB) for the Site Upgrades, Masonry Restoration, Roof Repairs and Interior Remodeling of the 5 building, 247,000 sq. ft., 180 Unit Low Income Tax Credit, Senior Living Facility project. This renovation will include upgrades to the tenant support areas, tenant common areas, workout room, library, salon, computer room and game room.
