Complete interior gut, redesign and renovation of the existing 2,000 square foot Penthouse Condominium. The project included custom space planning, interior design and the selection of new millwork, furniture, fixtures and equipment. The plan was manipulated as required to take full advantage of the floor to ceiling window wall facing lake Michigan and the Chicago downtown skyline in all areas along the entire east side of the unit.
