A joint venture project with Urban Design Associates, Ltd. Architects including store front façade renovation and interior space planning and design of a full service 5500 sq.ft. Day Spa complete with a Hydrotherapy Room, Vichy Shower, Pedicure Thrones, Relaxation Room, A Retail Area and a Salon. ONYX provided the construction documents and building permit assistance.
