As the Architect of Record ONYX provided Floor plan modifications, Interior Design and Common Area Upgrades for the Renovation of the existing 4-story, 36-unit building. The project included new flooring, new kitchens, new plumbing in the new handicap adaptable bathrooms and stacked washer & dryer closets.
