Onyx Architectural Services, Inc., a minority owned business, is a unique organization providing and independent project team committed to servicing each client. This team responds to individual client needs with innovation, creativity, technical knowledge, and the project management skills required to maintain a project through to completion.
Victor Simpkins
Victor Simpkins brings to the team 20 plus years of solid Project Management experience and a range of expertise that includes the coordination, development and management of healthcare renovation projects. As Principal in charge of project management, consultant coordination, and quality assurance, Victor has provided project management services as required to maintain budget, schedule, and safety initiatives. His duties have also included information gathering, service area adjacency studies and patient flow analysis. The tasks of the position also included budget analysis, the coordination of construction documents, design meetings with end users and the project stakeholders. During construction his duties included site meetings to review the progress of the work and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may have jeopardized the completion of the project.
Gary Matthews
Gary Matthews is a creative and highly detail oriented licensed architect with 30 (plus) years of experience in the development of production drawings, interior renovation documents, code compliance and quality control. Primary focus is all ranges of Commercial and Educational facilities. Gary is proficient as Project Architect with excellent group management and organizational skills. Experienced in AutoCAD 2014 & Micro station CAD programs.
Disso Anene
Mr. Anene is the Director of Design Services with 30 plus years of experience in project design, interior design and space planning. He is proficient in communicating design concepts, working within budgets and understanding clients goals and time constraints. As Director of Design his responsibilities include the development of design concepts, schematic design presentations and organizing the design effort from conception through construction. His duties also include submittal review, shop drawing review and site observation to insure design intent.
Clayton Chinnery
Clayton Chinnery is an experienced and reliable professional with an extensive track record in planning, designing and renovation work for new and existing corporate and commercial projects. Decisive and Efficient team coordinator with proven leadership and mentoring skills. Clayton possesses a skill set that consistently exceeds target goals which achieve timely project completion while remaining on-budget. He is an expert project manager and administrator adept at working with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve success.
