As a member of the Jacobs Program Management Team Onyx currently provides Program Management Services in short term and long term planning of capital needs, budgeting, facility assessments, design management and construction management of capital projects, close out scheduling and data controls as needed and as directed by the Jacobs Team Leader. These services also include furniture logistics for new construction and renovation projects working closely with the school’s Principal and Building Engineer. We are currently in the 1st year of 3 year extension of the original contract for Chicago Public Schools.
