As Architect of Record ONYX provided Site Design, Programming, Space Planning , Design and Construction Documents.
The New 2- story 24,000 s.f. facility will include a large multi-purpose area, office space, conference and meeting areas, work rooms, computer laboratories, and counseling rooms. The construction of this facility will allow the University to effectively serve the 11 to 12,000 campus enrollment increase forecasted for the next two years.
