As Architect of Record Onyx provided Programming, Space Planning and Design for the Remodeling and Renovation of the existing 2-story 11,800 s.f Child Care facility in downtown Chicago. Services also included Permit Expediting, Bid Administration, Construction Observation and Project closeout. Phasing was very important on this project as the facility had to remain open during construction.
