As a member of the Faithful & Gould/Gilbane Construction Management Team Onyx provided Owner’s Rep. Services throughout the construction of the 8 story, 220,000 s.f. Professional Building. These services included milestone reviews during design, management of stakeholder expectations during design, construction document review during construction, document control during construction, field observation and punch list & close out services at the end of the project. ONYX then took the design elements from this project and used them as the basis for the development of design standards for all new clinics and the renovation of existing clinical spaces system wide. We are currently in the 3rd year of a 5 year contract for Construction Management Services for Cook County Health & Hospitals
