As the Architect of Record ONYX provided complete programming, space planning, design and construction document services for the renovation of the 4-story 40,000 s.f. existing facility. The project included a large banquet hall with a movable dividing partition, a full service commercial kitchen, conference rooms, office spaces, and a new 2-car five stop elevator. As the Owners Representative ONYX provided permit expediting, project budgeting services, cost estimating, bid administration, and contractor recommendations. During construction ONYX provided field observation, coordinating weekly construction meetings, pay request reviews, value engineering and project close out services.
