Exterior upgrades/ Windows replacement
The project included roof replacement at 4 mechanical roofs, precast panel repair and realignment at 4 of the 8 floors, window sealant and gasket repair throughout and window replacement in 8 locations around the building. There was also Column base repair at the southwest terrace. As architectural consultant to Legat architects Onyx provided window specifications, window details, site observation during construction, field reports, punch list administration and close out services for the window replacement portion of the project.
