As the Prime AOR ONYX provided programming, space planning, design, construction documents and construction administration services for the new 14,000 sq. ft., conversion of the former Aldi’s Supermarket into a State of The Arts Security Headquarters for an emerging full Investigative Services company. The project included a 1-story masonry and curtain wall, 1,500 s.f. building addition that houses a Workout Room and a Men’s & Women’s Locker Room .
