As the Prime AOR ONYX provided existing condition surveys & analysis, space planning, interior design and construction document services for the newly renovated 10,000 sq. ft. office space. The new space included private offices, conference rooms, common areas for teaming and a open office area for cubicles and document storage. During construction ONYX provided construction administration and field observation services.
