Complete programming, space planning, design and construction documents for the renovation of the 1-story, 7.000 s.f. existing facility. Phase 2 will include the expansion into the adjacent 3-story building which will include a new 4-stop elevator. As the Owners Representative ONYX provided zoning board of appeals approval services, permit expediting, project budgeting services, cost estimating, bid administration, contractor recommendations. During construction Onyx provided field observation, coordinated bi-weekly construction meetings, change order review, value engineering and project close out services.
