Interior remodeling of the existing 8,100 sq. ft., 2-story Facility in Chicago. The project included programing, space planning and design for a large multi-purpose room with a warming kitchen, conference rooms, offices, a computer lab and a lounge area at the 2nd flr. All existing mechanical systems were upgraded and re-designed as required. The project included a new 2-stop elevator, renovation of the existing parking lot and landscape upgrades.
