As the Architect of Record for this project ONYX provided existing condition surveys, programming, space planning, architecture and interior design services for the 23,600 s.f., 2 floor, renovation project at the 7th floor and the 8th floors of the existing 8-story commercial building. The 7th floor was designed and built out with office spaces, conference rooms, a research & development lab, a test salon and storage spaces. The 8th floor consisted of an open office environment with workstations in the center of the floor plan and private offices and conference rooms around the perimeter. The 8th floor also included the employee cafeteria, a marketing presentation area and a private suite for Legal & Accounting. During construction ONYX provided field observation and produced weekly field reports.
